Work as a private tutor or classroom instructor with college-bound students. Provide the insights and support to help them achieve their highest potential.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Instruct students as either a private tutor or classroom teacher.
- Prepare material for each session or class.
- Update parents/students via online system.
- Build student confidence.
- Provide available schedule as required.
- Manage schedule through online system.
- Work with team at teaching locations to ensure a positive experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- SAT/ACT scores in the 90th percentile or higher.
- Strong verbal and math abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in teaching or working with youth.
- Strong communication skills.
- Responsible and dependable.
- Have transportation to get to teaching locations.
