Terms and Conditions
STUDENT EXPECTATIONS
It is our expectation that:
- Students will arrive for class on time and be prepared. Late attendance is a distraction to other students. Students should strive to arrive on time to gain the greatest benefit from their program.
- Students are expected to be courteous and respectful of fellow students and the instructors at all times. Inappropriate language and/or behavior at any time will be handled by the instructor and manager with the student first and then the parent will be contacted.
- No texting, iPod/MP3 players, or cell phone use allowed during class and all devices must be muted or turned off during classroom sessions. Failure to comply may result in confiscation during class.
- Violation of these rules/expectations will result in a verbal warning being issued. Continued disrespect or disruptive behavior will result in a call to the appropriate Parent/Guardian, and may further result in removal from that class. When the student returns at a later date to complete the program CollegeDrive reserves the right if further violations persist to discontinue the student's program without refund of enrollment fee(s).
CLASS SIZE
We strive to have all of our classes capped at approximately 10 to 12 students per class. However, given our guarantee and open format to allow students to make up classes at other locations we will at times exceed those targeted class sizes.
PERMISSION FOR USE OF PHOTOGRAPHSFrom time to time, CollegeDrive may photograph our students completing classroom learning activities. Unless you advise us otherwise, acceptance of the Terms and Conditions will hereby grant permission to CollegeDrive to photograph your student or yourself during activities held at or sponsored by CollegeDrive and to use the photographs or video for CollegeDrive promotional materials without compensation or approval.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
All programs are non-transferable. Once a program has been started, the program is non-refundable. A $50 administrative refund fee will be charged on all enrollment refund requests. Remaining sessions can be transferred to another program type.
Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of a private tutoring session will incur a $35 fee.
Students who miss a Comprehensive Prep class can make it up at another class offered in any other location. All SAT Comprehensive Prep class students can also complete the class using the SAT Online Class provided with their enrollment.
In the case of inclement weather, students will be directly notified if class is cancelled. In the event the student cannot attend a scheduled class due to inclement weather, the student can either attend another class at a different location or we will work with you to provide an alternate makeup for the missed class. As above, SAT Prep class students can also make up the class using the SAT Online Class provided.
