CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
· All programs are non-transferable. Unused components of partially completed packages cannot be refunded or transferred to another person.
· A $50 administrative refund fee will be charged on all enrollment refund requests. No refund will be given on any program already started by a student. No refunds will be given on any program one year after enrollment.
· A $35.00 fee will be assessed for all Tutoring sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for failure to show up for the session.
- No refunds will be made for missed class sessions. However, we may allow students to attend make-up class sessions in other centers.
Refund exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion and approval of management.
