Classes are Skills-based and are intended to help students re-learn material that may have been covered during the last school year. Skills covered will also prepare students for the material included on the SAT and ACT.

- Class Session 1: Choosing words based on clarity; subject/verbs; clauses and phrases and prepositions.
- Class Session 2: Punctuation, capitalization, spelling and hyphenation
- Class Session 3: Using dictionaries, glossaries, thesauruses; identifying word patterns that indicate context and meaning
- Class Session 4: Writing and reviewing your own writing; proof-reading; review of grammar and usage
