Jessica Kessler is a junior at Colorado School of Mines where she is studying to become a geological engineer. She grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she graduated from high school in the top twenty of her class. During her years in Albuquerque, she participated in Girl Scouts and earned both the Bronze Award as well as the Silver Award. Jessica also has a first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She has always enjoyed helping others learn and achieve in academics.
