CollegeDrive was founded on the principle that standardized tests should be treated as opportunities, not obstacles. We encourage our students to think about how they prepare for their favorite sport or activity and to apply that same energy to test preparation. Once they do, they'll find the process much more enjoyable and fruitful.

Tutoring vs. Classroom Prep. Which one is right for you?
While many students achieve significant score gains through our classroom programs, others make more progress in a one-on-one learning environment. Which is right for your child? Based on experience, we recommend individual tutoring for students who have particularly high or low test scores; for students who have processing disorders or other learning challenges; and for students who simply learn better one-on-one.

- CollegeDrive ACT Workshop One (Math & Verbal Fundamentals)
ACT Workshop One (two 3-hour sessions) focuses on evaluating and sharpening students' fundamental skills and content knowledge in both the math and verbal subject areas. By ensuring that our students have a sound understanding of the content and skills tested on the ACT, we provide them with a strong foundation for achieving a higher score. This power packed workshop includes a review of critical content requirements in all four sections of the test, several "must know" strategies essential to test day success, and a framework for tackling this challenging exam.
- CollegeDrive ACT Workshop Two (Advanced Math & Verbal Test Taking Skills)
ACT Workshop Two (two 3-hours sessions) builds on the fundamentals covered in Workshop One and takes the student's understanding of the test and test strategies to the next level. Using a real practice exam, we give students insight into how the test is constructed, how questions are presented and strategies to narrow and determine the correct answers. We provide students with an in-depth understanding of the test along with advanced test-taking strategies to ensure improved test scores.
- CollegeDrive ACT Workshop Three (Practice Test & Strategy Review)
ACT Workshop Three (two 3-hour sessions) puts it all together to prepare students for test day. By taking a full length practice exam, followed by a thorough review and analysis, students simulate the testing experience in a safe environment for learning and improvement. With our approach, we eliminate pre-test jitters, build confidence and help ensure that students are ready to score their best when it really counts. This workshop is most effective in conjunction with Workshops One and Two.

- CollegeDrive Comprehensive SAT Prep Program - $429
18 hours of targeted training on the SAT (presented in six three-hour sessions) prepares students to feel ready and confident that they will achieve their best score on the SAT. The SAT and ACT are designed differently and require unique approaches to succeed with either one.
These six sessions, which combine our individual SAT workshops, build our students' confidence, knowledge of the test and test-taking skills. In the first two sessions (Workshop One), the students sharpen the math and verbal content knowledge required to achieve high scores on the SAT. Next, in sessions 3 and 4 (Workshop Two), we give students an in-depth understanding of how the SAT is constructed, how questions are presented and strategies to determine the correct answers. Finally, in the last two sessions (Workshop Three), we put it all together with a full length SAT practice exam followed by a thorough review and analysis. Did You Know...On the ACT, there is no penalty for a wrong answer, so you should be sure to fill in an answer for every question, even if you don't have time to look at it.
On the SAT, however, you lose 1/4 point for each wrong answer, so you should only fill in an answer if you're able to eliminate at least one answer choice.
